Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information KDP Control Room (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our website and service, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

  • Email address. Provided when you sign in. We use it to authenticate you with a magic link and to identify your account.
  • Generated book content. The topics and niches you enter, and the books produced for you: manuscripts, outlines, covers, marketing assets and KDP listing details.
  • Telegram Chat ID (optional). Collected only if you choose to connect Telegram for delivery alerts.
  • Account and transaction records. Your credit balance, plan, and payment references and amounts returned by Paystack.

We do not collect or store credit card details. Card and other payment details are entered with, and processed securely by, Paystack. We receive only a confirmation of the payment, a transaction reference and a customer identifier.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the service: authenticate you, generate, store and deliver your books and run Auto-Pilot if you switch it on.
  • To process transactions: add credits, manage subscriptions and keep records of payments.
  • To send delivery alerts: notify you through Telegram, if connected, when a book is ready, with a download link that expires after 7 days.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse (including repeated claims of free-trial credits) and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not publish your books, excerpts or descriptions.

3. Third-Party Processors

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate, and share with them only what each needs to do its job:

  • Supabase: database hosting, authentication (including sending sign-in emails) and file storage.
  • Google (Gemini): AI text generation. It receives the topics you enter and manuscript text in order to draft and edit your books.
  • Cloudflare: AI image generation for covers and marketing images, and website hosting.
  • Paystack: payment and subscription processing.
  • DataForSEO: keyword research. It receives a topic keyword to check search demand.
  • Telegram: delivery of alerts, if you connect it.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Some are located outside your country, so your information may be processed internationally.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for data in transit, database access rules that limit each account to its own records, and keeping service credentials on the server rather than in your browser. Payment card data never passes through our systems.

Generated files are stored in cloud storage and can be opened by anyone who has the exact file link, so please keep your download links private. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Privacy Rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, including your account and all books and files generated for it. To make a request, contact support through the details on our blog at books.corestackguide.com, using the email address on your account so that we can verify it is you. We will respond within 30 days.

You can disconnect Telegram yourself at any time from your dashboard. Once an account is deleted we remove its books and files; we may keep limited transaction records for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
